Adunooc project finale Intellectual output – soft skills online platform was piloted on May 2019 in Lithuania. The potentially interested adult learners were invited to participate in the primary face-to-face session and later to continue learning by themselves at home. After one-week self-learning adult learners participated at the third learning session and gave their feedback for the online learning platform. Multiplier event for adult educators, employment service and NGO staff took place on June 21. Participants demonstrated a high interest in AduNooc soft skills training materials. Many of them pointed out it could be valuable to integrate the materials into adult training programs and demonstrated personal interest in created ICARO materials. See http://adunooc.ndma.lt
