A developmental and educational platform and gamified tools for training police officers and similar professionals, with respect to communications

Since Autumn 2023, the Team at the Academy of Public Security at Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania) participates in the KA220-VET – Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training project: A developmental and educational platform and gamified tools for training police officers and similar professionals, with respect to communications. This a two year project, which, under the leadership and coordination of Mise HERo s.r.o. (Check Republic) aims to produce:

  1. Training content production, with modules, handbooks, guides, case studies in a digital platform.
  2. Creation of training utility tools, with video simulations, case studies and other interactive materials.
  3. Resources on internal and external communications in a digital platform – platform being a central hub for accessing training modules.

In the context of the stressful contemporary environment, the project reflects directly the needs and expectations of the direct beneficiaries of the Academy of Public Security. The targeted activities, together with the colleagues in Check Republic, Romania and Lithuania, potentially will result in offering a set of up-to date necessary services and products for our students, colleagues – members of law enforcement community in Lithuania and beyond.
